  Seriously appalled by the customer service here. I came in to do the banking for my workplace, we normally go to AusPost (who we'll be sticking with now!) but I was in the area. Queue was enormous with only one person serving, and the lady was awfully rude when i was at the counter with cash and a cheuqe to deposit. She made ME count the cash, and kept telling me how this was a "one off" and that next time I HAVE to use the machines. She even complained to her colleague, belittling me because I've come to the counter to do my banking! Whatever happened to the bank teller doing their job!! The staff here need a reminder that the customer is there to be served, not the other way around. I used to bank with NAB but I'm glad I chose to switch long ago.

  Not much of a 'help desk' with no staff to help. 2 tellers serving very long queue. 2 staff in glass walked office having a chat. One on her phone!!! Come on, you can do better.

  Unbelievably rude woman behind the counter, have had to deal with her awful attitude twice now and will never be returning to this branch. Why on earth is a woman like this working in any customer service position representing this company? I have been a very loyal customer for many years but dealing with that is enough to make me want to take my money and go elsewhere!! You're job is to HELP customers, not make them feel stupid and belittled.

  Lack of staffs... been waiting to see someone but not even 1 person came out and came to me and asked..I underatand tellers have people in thier counter and there was a couple to the new accounts lady bit no one else looking after for people waiting.. very poor service.
